casey was born into a catholic family as the youngest child of a family of four. her older brother --- was born ### of years before her. she was born on july 7th, 1988 in san diego, california. growing up in a family where she was forced to go to church every week and sit through lectures she didn't want to hear turned her off from religion and she found herself denying the existence of god when she was in her teens. she continued to go because she was forced to but the experiences she got from growing up in the family effected her immensely.
